Hoe poe(Hood Hood)

Hood Hood(The Bird)

Why did Allah Ta'ala give this honor to Hood Hood among all the birds to mention it in the Holy Qur'an?

Haddad is the only bird that marries only once in its life.  And even after the death of his life partner, he lives alone.  He offers his female something to eat as a seal. If she eats it, it means that she is willing to marry.  Then the male takes the female to his nest, which is often made by drilling a hole in a tree. If he likes the house, the two mate.

The female usually lays six to eight eggs per season and after the hatchlings take turns feeding the young

The strange thing is that if either of them gets something to eat, they don't eat it alone, but only after they are together.

Hoodhood's sixth sense is so sharp that he can feel the water from above the ground, that's why Sulaiman (a.s.) used him to find water under the ground.

Haoodhood has the power to travel thousands of miles without stopping, that's why Sulaiman (A.S.) sent him a letter to Queen Bilqis of another country.

Hoodhood's married life is an example for the people of today, how much they care for each other even if they do not have intelligence and the quarrels between people do not end.
